Overview

The Agent Sales Manager is responsible for attracting, onboarding, developing, and supporting real estate agents within Century 21 Elite. This role blends recruiting, coaching, performance management, and culture-building to grow both agent count and agent production. The person in this position will proactively identify prospective talent, convert new agents into productive contributors, and provide ongoing accountability and support to the existing agent team. Success in this role means stronger agent retention, more consistent sales activity, and a thriving community that agents are proud to be part of. About the Company

Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline of new and experienced real estate agents. Conduct weekly outreach and follow-up to convert qualified prospects into onboarding agents. Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience that accelerates new agent productivity. Provide coaching, goal-setting, and accountability support to both new and seasoned agents. Drive consistent participation in training, development, and brokerage initiatives. Attend community events to help promote Century 21 Elite Track key performance indicators (recruiting activities, hires, production touchpoints, retention). Identify and troubleshoot early signs of disengagement or production decline among agents. Promote and reinforce Century 21 Elite’s culture, values, and agent-first experience. Represent the brokerage at community events, schools, associations, and networking functions. Partner with leadership to improve systems, processes, and tools that strengthen agent success. Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a licensed real estate agent Proven experience in real estate sales, transaction support, or agent production Familiarity with Louisiana real estate practices, MLS systems, and Transaction Desk compliance Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, train, or influence others to drive results Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation: $90-100k+ annual OTE Base salary : $50k-55k annual Recruiting bonus:

Eligible for a recruiting bonus based on agent production and closed transactions. Bonus payout is contingent upon achieving defined production and close thresholds. Profit sharing bonus : Semi-annual net profit bonus, equal to 5% of company net profit, with no cap on earnings Additional earning potential (Not included in OTE):

The Agent/Sales Manager may continue to actively participate in real estate transactions while successfully fulfilling all responsibilities of the role, creating additional commission-based income opportunities.
