This full-time, on-site Client Manager role is based in Winston-Salem, NC. The Client Manager will oversee client relationships by addressing inquiries, managing accounts, and providing customized insurance solutions to fit their needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client records, assisting with claims, and collaborating with the sales and support teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The role requires active communication and organizational skills to maintain positive and professional interactions with clients. Qualifications
Strong client relations and customer service skills, with the ability to manage and maintain positive relationships Proficiency in account management, policy servicing, and claims processing Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is a plus Proficiency in using insurance software and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment Relevant insurance certifications or licenses are highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
