Role Summary
The Sales Representative is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. This role requires proven selling ability and a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own and manage a pipeline of prospects and opportunities from qualification through close.
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers within identified target accounts.
Product Expertise: Become an expert on the company\'s product/service offerings and effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client needs are met.
Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in the CRM.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience (B2B preferred).
Skills: Proven track record of closing deals; expert negotiation and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
