Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support personal lines clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing existing policies, and assisting clients with coverage, billing, and policy changes.

In-Office | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
In-office position only
Active Property & Casualty license required prior to start date (Offer may be extended prior to licensing; licensing assistance available)
Responsibilities
Provide personalized insurance quotes and coverage options
Convert quotes into bound policies
Manage and service existing personal lines accounts
Review and update policies for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before start date)
Personal lines insurance experience preferred; commercial experience a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and agency management systems
Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through
