Job Summary We are building a team of relationship builders, conversation makers, and wireless technology gurus. The Senior Wireless Sales Expert supervises the customer experience and helps remove obstacles for employees and guests. The role is technology savvy, sales-focused, and laser-focused on guest satisfaction.
Our Senior Retail Wireless Sales Specialists earn between $19.75 and $21/hour, plus uncapped commission. On average most employees work 30 to 39 hours per week, with a typical schedule around 35 hours per week.

Brand Ambassador
– Ensure the center is comfortable, welcoming, and open for guests. Reflect our core value of Happy Employee – Happy Customer by bringing your authentic self to work.
Relationship Builder
– Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership. Practice active listening, solution-finding, and thoughtful conversation initiation.
Product and Services Expert
– Receive world-class training on our products and services and translate technology into real-world conversations. Explain technical concepts with clarity and stay informed through meetings and training.
Obstacle Remover
– Be a decision-maker who helps customers get what they need and ensures the team has the tools and resources to succeed. Be the expert during escalations or technology challenges to improve the guest experience.
What You Need to Win in this Role
Education and Skills
High school diploma, or equivalent experience, is required.
At least 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience in an environment with customer conversations about wants and needs (e.g., beauty providers, phone providers).
At least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience in the wireless industry.
Experience in operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions.
Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule and Attendance
Retail store is open six to seven days a week. Hours vary, typically 9 am to 6 pm. We support life/work balance and want you to have time with family and friends.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform tasks involving bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items for extended periods (6-8 hours).
Ability to move around the store, assist customers, and maneuver merchandise.
Light cleaning duties to keep the store guest-ready.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)
Minimum Salary: $42,000
Maximum Salary: $52,500
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range based on current national data. Min/Max may vary by location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other factors.
