Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of retail management (keyholder) experience, with customer interaction experience in a similar environment. Minimum 1 year of wireless sales and customer service experience. Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Schedule & Attendance

Retail store open 6–7 days a week. Hours vary 9 am–6 pm most days. We support life–work balance and flexible hours. Physical Requirements

Perform tasks that require bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items. Stand for 6–8 hours and maneuver merchandise as needed. Light cleaning duties (dusting shelves, cleaning counters, emptying garbage cans, etc.) to keep the store guest‑ready. Compensation

Base salary $42,000–$52,500. Competitive hourly pay $19.75–$21 plus uncapped commission. Average work 30–40 hours per week, ~35 hours per week on average. Benefits
