Responsibilities
Market Research and Strategy Development
Conduct comprehensive market research and industry analysis to identify emerging trends, potential partnerships, and new opportunities for business expansion.
Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities, leading to revenue growth and market share expansion.
Account Management and Revenue Targets
Assume ownership of revenue targets for selected accounts, including managing sell‑with, sell‑to, and sell‑through initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and leverage opportunities for revenue generation through partner relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and nurture personal relationships with strategic customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required, and an MBA from a top school is considered a plus.
Proven experience in business development, strategy, account management, or equivalent experience in sourcing new business for Fortune 500 customers.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial start‑up environment.
Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
A fast learner with a driven, motivated, and go‑getter attitude, willing to take initiative and embrace new challenges.
Experience selling AI solutions to enterprise customers.
Experience selling into Marketing, IT, Learning & Development.
