ABOUT THE ROLE Amrize Building Envelope (ABE) is accelerating their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Transformation and the experienced Digital Product Manager, Sales Enablement on the Marketing Digital team will unlock the power of digital to differentiate ABE from the competition and disrupt the roofing industry.

Commercial excellence is a strategic priority for ABE and this amazing and enthusiastic individual will be responsible for delivering capabilities that enable and evolve the Sales Enablement digital product, which are critical to that priority and will also be a CRM champion to drive maturity internally and externally. To achieve this, this individual will have a strong technical understanding, excellent product management skills, and the motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

This role is a great fit for someone who has Salesforce experience, a mature Agile mindset and understands how customer data and insights enable decisions and personalization across the customer journey.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH Sales Enablement Product Strategy & Business Value

Define and own product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned to business strategy and commercial excellence objectives

Identify and prioritize product initiatives based on business impact, ROI, customer value, and strategic fit

Develop business cases and success criteria for product investments

Track and communicate realized business outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, efficiency, customer satisfaction)

Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

Serve as the primary business liaison across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service stakeholders and development teams

Facilitate discovery to identify opportunities and translate stakeholder needs into clear product outcomes and priorities

Continually manage expectations and dependencies across groups

Execution & Governance

Own product backlog prioritization based on business value and strategic alignment

Partner with Amrize IT and vendor development teams to ensure initiatives remain focused on desired outcomes rather than outputs

Support release planning, adoption, and change management to maximize impact

Ensure alignment with enterprise IT and SOX governance, funding models, and portfolio priorities

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Define KPIs and scorecards to measure product performance and value delivery

Analyze product performance and market trends to inform roadmap adjustments

Champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision making

Promote best practices in Agile product management across the organization

Spot improvement opportunities and assesses latest technology and applicability through proof-of-concepts and pilots

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years’ experience in digital product management

5+ years’ experience delivering CRM solutions specifically Salesforce

Experience with B2B and building products industry a plus

Excellent communicator and creative thinker

Strong technical and effective problem-solving skills

Strong Analytical skills with an ability to use data in decision-making
