Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location. Use a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction to help build a strong referral network. Meet sales targets for products and services and have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance sales opportunities. Participate in a dynamic 5-week Sales Residency program to equip you with essential skills and industry knowledge. Attend a one-week onsite training and coaching event and engage with leaders and peers to learn through hands-on experience about the job. Leverage extensive Learning & Development and Management programs for ongoing support and career growth. What You Have
Sales experience and excellent customer service and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive a company-owned vehicle. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others. Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones. Self-motivation and a desire for success. The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads. Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps. Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus. Compensation & Perks
Base + Commission; starting range approximately $31,200 to $37,000; eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Ability to earn $70 - $99k annually (and greater). Health benefits, paid training, paid time off, 401K, and more. Company-provided air-conditioned vehicle for business use during the role. Additional onboarding and training events, including a 5-week Residency program and a one-week onsite training. Note: The sign-on bonus details include installments: $1,000 after completing the 5-week residency, $2,000 at 6 months, and $2,000 after 12 months of service. This offer is available to new employees only and requires continued employment in good standing at each payout.
