Stage provides property management to its own internal portfolio, as well as for select third party clients. Summary of Position:
Looking for a passionate, proactive individual with strong customer service skills to provide management of a national commercial real estate portfolio, handling day to day building operations and tenant support. Strong written and verbal skills, problem solving and a great attitude a must. The candidate will work alongside Stage’s Vice President of Property Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations
of assigned properties to ensure assets are maintained to owner standards and tenant expectations Manage tenant relations , including lease administration, rent collections, tenant communications, issue resolution, and move in-move outs Administer leases , including rent collections, CAM reconciliations, operating expense recoveries, and enforcement of lease terms Prepare and manage annual operating budgets , track performance against budget, and explain variances to ownership Approve and process invoices , manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure accurate financial reporting Oversee maintenance and capital projects , including bidding out projects, preventative maintenance programs, repairs and vendor coordination Solicit, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
and oversee performance Conduct regular property inspections Coordinate with leasing teams
on tenant improvements, build-outs, and turnover projects Assist with Due Diligence on acquisition of new properties Prepare monthly reports , including financials, leasing activity, and property condition updates Manage risk and insurance matters , including incident reports and coordination of claim Support asset management initiatives
aimed at improving NOI, tenant retention, and long-term property value and appreciation Qualifications:
Commercial property management experience required (minimum three to five years) Proficiency in Microsoft based software (Word, Excel) required Experience with Yardi Voyager, AVID and work order systems (IMPAK, FYXT) preferred Ability to work with teammates in an organized, efficient manner with high level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow through Positive attitude necessary and strong ability to problem solve Local driving will be required, as well as annual travel to national properties Bachelor’s Degree (recommended) Health, dental and vision insurance Competitive salary and bonus structure PTO and holiday pay Hybrid work schedule available Stage is an equal-opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, military status, or any other reason prohibited by law.
