Position Summary

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist will leverage their technical expertise to execute intricate marketing strategies. Working closely with both the marketing and technology teams, this role plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing automation through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist is responsible for converting business requirements into effective technology solutions and ensuring their accurate, efficient, and dependable implementation.

Describe Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing automation processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and tailored content for various audience segments.

Design and configure automations in Automation Studio to drive customer journeys.

Build, manage, and optimize Data Extensions for efficient data handling.

Design, test, build, and demonstrate proof of concepts, data integrations, queries, automations, journeys, and reports when required.

Continuously stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to improve marketing automation capabilities within the organization.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.

2-4 years of experience working with Sales Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce CRM.

Experience in the mortgage industry or financial services.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is preferred.

Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.

Skills, Abilities, And Knowledge

In-depth knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices.

Proficiency in HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript for customizing email templates.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance existing and future solutions.
