Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to solve business problems, streamline operations, and enhance user experiences without traditional programming.**DESCRIPTION****Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities*** **Agent Design and Development*** Build conversational AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using platforms like Voice flow, Bot press, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, or similar tools.* Design agent conversation flows, decision trees, and logic pathways to handle user interactions effectively.* Configure agent integrations with APIs, databases, CRM systems, and third-party applications.* Test and iterate on agent performance based on user feedback and analytics.* **Workflow Automation*** Create automated workflows using tools like Zapier, make (Integromat), Power Automate, or n8n.* Connect multiple applications and services to eliminate manual tasks and data entry.* Design trigger-based automations that respond to business events and conditions.* Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot failures or bottlenecks.* **Requirements Gathering & Solution Design*** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points.* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for low-code implementation.* Evaluate which processes are suitable for automation or agent-based solutions.* Create documentation including flow diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications.* **Testing & Quality Assurance*** Conduct thorough testing of agents and workflows across various scenarios and edge cases.* Perform user acceptance testing with stakeholders.* Debug issues and optimize agent responses for accuracy and user satisfaction.* Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all implementations.* **Maintenance & Optimization*** Monitor agent performance metrics including response accuracy, completion rates, and user satisfaction.* Analyze usage patterns and conversation logs to identify improvement opportunities.* Update agents with new capabilities, improved responses, and expanded functionality.* Maintain version control and documentation for all deployments.* **Training & Support*** Provide training to team members on using and maintaining deployed agents.* Create user documentation and knowledge base articles.* Offer ongoing support for agent-related issues and questions.* Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.* Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.* Performs related duties as assigned by management.**Qualifications and Education Requirements*** 2+ years of experience building solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.* Demonstrated experience creating AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows.* Strong understanding of user experience and conversation design.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.* Background in business analysis, process improvement, or software development.* Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform).* Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.**Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge*** Familiarity with Agile methodologies* Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Webflow, OutSystems, Mendix)* Experience with AI agent builders and chatbot platforms* Understanding of API integrations and webhooks* Familiarity with data structures, databases, and basic logic operations* Knowledge of natural language processing concepts* Process mapping and workflow optimization* Requirements analysis and documentation* Data analysis and interpretation* Problem-solving and critical thinking* Understanding of business operations and common pain points* Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders* Adaptability to new platforms and technologies* Success Metrics: Number of agents deployed and maintained, Reduction in manual processing time through automation, User satisfaction scores for deployed agents, Agent accuracy and task completion rates.**Work Environment and Physical Requirements*** Working on-site at assigned office location.* Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.* Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.* Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.* Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.* Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.* Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
