We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our marketing and communications across social media, print materials, and internal and external messaging. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys creating, organizing, and keeping content moving across multiple platforms.

About the Position: In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for creating, posting, printing, and distributing marketing and communication materials that support DirectRx’s patient engagement, outreach, and recruiting efforts. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams to support ongoing marketing and communication needs across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule social media posts across DirectRx platforms

Create marketing and communication materials including flyers, signage, handouts, email graphics, and digital collateral

Prepare print ready files and coordinate printing of materials as needed

Support internal communications, announcements, and companywide messaging

Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity

Organize and manage marketing assets and templates

Assist with content updates for events, recruiting, and community outreach

Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time

Competencies:

Strong written and visual communication skills

Comfortable creating and editing materials in tools such as Canva or similar design platforms

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Creative thinker with a practical, execution focused mindset

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field required

Graduate-level degree preferred

Prior experience with social media, marketing content, or graphic creation strongly preferred
