The Sales Professional will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional sales guidance, and assist in selecting the perfect motorcycle to match their lifestyle. Responsibilities include demonstrating features and benefits of motorcycles, building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about our products and promotions. Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of motorcycles, specifically Harley-Davidson, is preferred but not required Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with technology and sales tools Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement is a plus Previous experience in automotive or motorcycle sales is an advantage
