
Position
The Client Relations Coordinator will assist the Client Relations team in all areas including client experience projects, execution, business development and reporting. The CR Coordinator will be polished and highly organized, supporting the day-to-day client-facing and operational needs. Given the nature of the environment in this specific role, the CD Coordinator will have to operate under the utmost discretion and respect at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Overall support of Client department for everyday business and administrative needs
Planning, logistics, execution and budgeting of VIP client treatments and ad hoc group activities
Maintain detailed organizational documents such as product orders and timelines, client lists, schedules and itineraries
Liaise with boutique teams across North America to organize pre‑planning for fashion shows
Manage logistics including sending and receiving assets for ad hoc projects
Participate in brainstorming meetings for client events
Assist during the planning and execution of both client‑specific events
Communicate weekly with our Paris office to coordinate for ad hoc projects and gifting
Generate event‑recap reports
Assist Manager with accounts payable needs related to invoicing and vendor payments
Profile
Detail‑oriented and methodical, able to multi‑task is a must
Solid organizational and time‑management skills with attention to accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and in person
Excellent follow‑through and follow‑up practices
Superior analytical capabilities
Can work independently with strong problem‑solving skills
Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast‑paced environments
Advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
Capable of working with large quantities of data
Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits
Prior experience in luxury or client teams a plus
Bachelor’s degree a plus
Additional Information The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70k – $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
