Your profile:

5–8+ years of experience in retail, omnichannel, or commercial roles, ideally in the sports or running sector

Proven experience in retail expansion with P&L responsibility and stakeholder coordination in e-commerce

Experience in international matrix organizations

Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills

Customer-focused, brand-savvy, and with an understanding of running products and communities

Fluent in German and English
