
We’re seeking a driven HVAC Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships with contractors, service companies, builders, and industry partners. This role is ideal for a confident, people-focused seller with strong HVAC product knowledge and an established local network.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate new business in the local HVAC market Sell HVAC equipment, parts, tools, and related solutions with a consultative approach Provide excellent customer service, product recommendations, and job-site support as needed Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing/terms within company guidelines, and close deals Track customer activity, follow-ups, and pipeline using Microsoft Office and company systems Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment Attend industry events, job walks, and customer meetings to build visibility and grow accounts Required Qualifications
Bilingual (English and Spanish) — required Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts, and tools Proven outside sales experience (HVAC/R preferred) Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-through Strong negotiation and closing skills Advanced social skills: confident networking, relationship‑building, and customer engagement Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Existing contacts/customers in the local HVAC industry and ability to leverage that network Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working with HVAC distribution/supply houses Familiarity with CRM/order entry systems Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer
