We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Account Manager fluent in English and Spanish to support B2B customers in a wholesale/distribution environment. This role is a great fit for entry- to mid-level candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in growing in sales and operations. What You’ll Do
Support assigned customer accounts and communicate in English & Spanish Greet and assist customers in person at the office or warehouse Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouse/logistics teams Track order status and help resolve issues or changes Occasionally visit customers or attend trade shows / customer events Keep customer and order information accurate in company systems What We’re Looking For
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Nice to Have (Not Required)
