Description We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative.

This is an hourly,

hybrid role , requiring

2–3 days per week in our Riverside, MO office

and the remainder working from home. The hourly rate is between $22.00 - $25.00 per hour plus a 15% incentive! We offer a competitive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, generous Paid Time Off and holidays, wellness incentives, 401K and more!

The position is responsible for promoting the growth of Gallagher North America through daily interaction with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, tickets, and other communication channels. You will proactively manage customer orders to ensure effective utilization of time and resources, achieving agreed customer service levels.

Responsibilities

Maintain updated and accurate contact records within the Gallagher (SAP) Customer Relationship Management software. This includes keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.

Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.

Attend and be an active participant in team meetings.

Work alongside other functional areas of the organization and external partners to achieve smooth flows of both information and material.

Maintain a professional demeanor and an aggressive, creative, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Support the goals and objectives of the Gallagher’s Senior Management Team.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Inside Sales, customer service or call center background

Bilingual skills with fluency in English and Spanish

Skills

Maintains a positive and professional attitude while focusing on opportunities to move the team and business forward

A team player that will focus on bringing new ideas to the table and implement process improvements

Microsoft Suite and SAP experience

Strong communication and customer service skills
