Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Representative.
This is an hourly,
hybrid role , requiring
23 days per week in our Riverside, MO office
and the remainder working from home. Hourly rate is between $22-$25 plus 15% bonus opportunity. The position is responsible for promoting the growth of Gallagher North America through daily interaction with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, tickets, and other communication channels. You will proactively manage customer orders to ensure effective utilization of time and resources, achieving agreed customer service levels. Legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable transportation to and from work Background check Drug screening Retail skills: customer service Speaks Spanish Speaks English Reads English Reads Spanish Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit Preferred qualifications:
1+ year of experience in the customer service industry 21+ years or older Comfortable handling customer complaints
