Position Overview We are a growing door hardware company based in New York seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities Sales Growth & Business Development

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support nationwide expansion

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, retailers, and other potential partners

Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals

Customer Engagement & Account Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and prospects

Present product offerings, pricing, and solutions tailored to customer needs

Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner

Market Expansion & Strategy

Research new markets, territories, and customer segments

Provide feedback on customer needs, pricing trends, and competitive activity

Support leadership in developing and refining sales strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with operations, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Coordinate internally to support customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

Assist with forecasting and sales planning initiatives

Professional Representation

Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions

Build long-term, trust-based relationships that support repeat business

Participate in meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed

Qualifications & Requirements Required Qualifications

Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, hardware, or related industries

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to national or multi-state accounts

Familiarity with door hardware, construction products, or related markets

Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
