
My client, a rapidly growing leader in the plastic injection molding machinery sector, is expanding their national sales team. They are seeking driven and experienced Sales Managers to own key territories and drive market growth. This is an opportunity with a strong compensation package and long-term career growth potential.
The Role: You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, selling industrial plastic molding machines and parts, and building lasting relationships with manufacturing clients. This is a high-visibility role with significant earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Travel extensively to client sites for meetings, demonstrations, and relationship building.
Collaborate with internal service and technical teams to ensure customer success.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
Requirements:
1+ years of direct sales experience within the plastic injection molding machinery industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Existing network or portfolio of clients in the plastics industry is a major plus.
Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Technical aptitude to understand machinery specs and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Base Salary: $70,000 - $100,000+ (Negotiable based on experience & territory)
Commission: Uncapped, competitive structure
