Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Payne Edinburg CDJR. A Sales Manager who knows how to lead people, drive results, and build a winning sales culture. Qualifications
Experienced with at least 3-5 years in an automotive sales manager role required.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to coach and develop others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Work closely with desk managers, F&I, and leadership to maximize performance.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
Maintain strong standards for professionalism, compliance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team.
Set sales goals and provide guidance and support to team members to achieve them.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Stay up to date with products and services offered by the dealership.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
