Regional Sales Manager

to lead our Southern Roofing & Renovations sales team in our Memphis & Arkansas branches. This role is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and expand the company’s market presence. This role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the performance of the regional sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong communication skills, and experience in the construction or restoration industry. Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development and Execution

Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with Legacy Restoration’s overall sales objectives and growth goals. Identify target markets, client segments, and sales opportunities within the region. Set sales targets and ensure the regional sales team achieves or exceeds revenue goals. Team Leadership and Development

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations for the team. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of the sales team. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Oversee the sales team’s efforts in developing new business and managing existing client accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for high-level negotiations and key client interactions. Sales Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze the performance of the regional sales team, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and client retention. Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to improve sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any shortfalls. Collaboration with Other Departments

Work closely with marketing, operations, and project management teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and overall company objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support lead generation and client acquisition. Provide feedback to the operations team on client needs, project timelines, and expectations to ensure successful project execution Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity within the region. Use insights to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the regional market. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that impact the region’s sales potential. Budget Resource Management

Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Monitor and control sales expenses, ensuring they remain within budget while achieving sales objectives. Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams. Experience in the construction, restoration, or related industry is highly preferred. Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, sales performance tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. $150,000 - $250,000 a year 150K base/draw structure + commissions. Total compensation 200-220K/yr This role requires both office-based work and field visits to client sites within the assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager may need to travel regularly and work flexible hours to meet client and business demands.
