
Field Landman - Haynesville

Alliance Land Resources is a growing land services firm seeking a Field Landman to join our team in the Western Haynesville region. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to conduct detailed indexing and title research in county clerk’s records of counties between Fairfield and Lufkin, Texas. This role is primarily field-based, working directly in county courthouses and with official records. Additional duties may include lease negotiations and landowner relations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed title research and indexing of land and mineral title documents in county clerk’s records
Review, organize and accurately record information from deeds, leases, assignments, and other legal instruments
Draft runsheet, mineral ownership reports, leases and other land agreements
Maintain accurate records of landowner contacts and agreements
Build and maintain positive relationships with county clerk and landowners
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met
Travel regularly within the Western Haynesville region.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Field Landman or in a similar land services role, with a strong emphasis on title indexing and county records work
Demonstrated experience working in county clerk’s offices and handling official records
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Texas land and mineral title processes
