Conduct thorough research in county records to identify surface and mineral ownership using online databases or by visiting local county courthouses. Maintain professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Analyze and document research findings, compiling relevant information for reports submitted to clients. Meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Assist with additional duties as assigned by management in line with business needs. Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or less than 12 months of industry-related experience Ability to meet specific deadlines based on current business requirements Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional communication skills with all management levels and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) or Google (Sheets/Docs) Experience with Adobe Acrobat Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
