Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in West Palm Beach, FL. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing personalized recommendations for fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, and other high-end products. The role will include conducting product presentations, managing inventory, handling transactions, and delivering excellent post-sale service. The Sales Professional is expected to stay knowledgeable of current market trends in luxury goods and uphold the brand's high standard of customer service. Qualifications
Strong skills in customer relationship management, communication, and sales negotiation Knowledge of fine jewelry, luxury watches, and high-end products or a willingness to learn Attention to detail and ability to provide a tailored client experience Self-motivated with a focus on closing sales and meeting performance goals Proficiency in inventory management and handling sales transactions High level of professionalism and a client-focused approach Prior experience in luxury retail or sales is preferred Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL, including weekends and holidays as required
