We are seeking a professional and motivated Scales Representative to join our remote team. The role includes prospecting and managing client accounts, promoting FinTech\'s payment processing and POS solutions, presenting tailored solutions to prospective customers, and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients. Success in this role requires relationship building, exceeding sales targets, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service. What You’ll Do

Prospect and sign new business accounts Present POS and payment solutions Work independently (remote / field / hybrid) Ideal Candidate

Sales, hospitality, or merchant services experience preferred Comfortable with cold outreach Entrepreneur mindset Qualifications

Sales and communication skills: Proven experience in sales, the ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, and strong relationship-building capabilities. Merchant services and technology knowledge: Familiarity with payment processing, POS systems, and merchant services solutions for businesses. Self-motivation and autonomy: A results-driven mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts. Customer-focused skills: Dedication to providing outstanding support and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. Technical aptitude: Proficiency in understanding and presenting technical services, with the ability to quickly adapt to new product offerings and technologies. Previous experience in payment processing or financial technology is a plus.
