This remote, full-time position as a Regional Sales Manager for N. Texas will be based in our Northern Texas territory. The role involves overseeing regional sales activities, identifying opportunities to expand market presence, building lasting relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include coordinating sales strategies, managing client accounts, delivering solution-based recommendations, and providing product training and demonstrations to dental professionals across the North Texas region. Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills, including experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to deliver product presentations and demonstrate solutions tailored to client needs Knowledge of dental technology, digital dentistry, or related industries Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage time effectively A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of sales experience, or High School diploma with 3+ years of experience in direct or B2B sales. Willingness to travel up to 75% in the territory Dental CBCT or implant experience preferred Must be able to drive and lift up to 15 pounds
