Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR targets through disciplined pipeline management Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstrations and contract close Execute a balanced mix of inbound follow-up and outbound calling/emailing to build and maintain pipeline Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and align solutions to business outcomes Deliver tailored, web-based demonstrations that clearly communicate ROI and value Identify and influence champions, economic buyers, and technical stakeholders within healthcare organizations Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and next steps in Zoho CRM Represent LeadingReach with professionalism, integrity, and customer-first thinking What You Bring

2+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota SaaS sales experience required; HealthTech or healthcare IT experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to non-technical audiences A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong organization and follow-through Experience managing a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM systems (Zoho or Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience What We Offer
