Red Lodge Ales Brewing Co. is seeking to fill a full-time sales representative for our local market.
Overview The job will include introducing and selling new items to accounts, merchandising retail accounts, securing new retail locations, and working with warehouse staff to ensure each retailer gets their order fulfilled in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsibilities
Sell and introduce new items to accounts; merchandise retail accounts; secure new retail locations; and coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders in a timely and accurate fashion.
Manage retail accounts across rural Carbon and Stillwater counties and the Cody/Powell area. Build relationships with existing and new customers, introducing them to new products offered.
Occasionally attend brewfests and plan promotions on nights or weekends.
Maintain an outgoing personality and demonstrate an enthusiasm for craft beer and cider.
Lift up to 50 pounds from the ground and move/manipulate 160-pound kegs as needed.
Hold a valid driver’s license; a clean driving record is preferred.
Forklift skills are a plus.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Relevant experience in sales or account management preferred; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within designated areas and represent the company professionally.
Comfort with occasional evening/weekend events and promotions.
Compensation And Benefits The job pays a base salary of $50k/year plus sales incentives. The more sales, the higher the pay!
