Qualifications – Needed
Minimum 2 years of private‑pay home care sales experience in the Phoenix market
Proven success generating referral‑based business
Strong background in healthcare or senior‑focused B2B sales
Experience working with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, or senior organizations
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology
Proven ability to build long‑term referral relationships and manage a territory independently
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Generate new private‑pay referral business for home care services throughout Maricopa County
Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations
Conduct in‑person visits across the Phoenix metro area to strengthen market presence
Meet or exceed referral and revenue targets
Track outreach, referrals, and activity within CRM systems
Provide regular reporting on sales activity and pipeline
Collaborate with care management and operations teams to convert referrals into active clients
Represent the organization professionally at community and industry events
