Our client, a pioneering force in advanced rehabilitation technologies, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across a dynamic Central U.S. territory. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle sales across a multi-state Central territory, serving hospitals, rehab centers, and healthcare providers. Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, onsite meetings, and relationship-building with clinicians and administrators. Conduct facility assessments to evaluate feasibility of system installations and customize proposals. Guide prospects through complex capital equipment sales, aligning solutions to clinical and business needs. Partner with internal stakeholders and third parties to coordinate delivery, installation, and post-sale support. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline, tracking all activities and reporting results regularly. Represent the brand at national conferences, regional events, and customer-facing engagements. Collaborate with leadership to develop regional strategy and exceed growth targets. Travel within assigned territory up to 50%. Ideal Candidate Profile

A self-starter with high accountability and the ability to manage a large territory independently. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience (hospital-based or capital sales experience highly preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales cycle from prospecting to close. Skilled in consultative sales, solution selling, and relationship management. Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM system. Must reside in TX, NM, CO, KS, OK, AR, LA, or MS and live near a major airport. Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently throughout the territory.
