Key Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle for advanced rehabilitation technology solutions across West coast territory.

Proactively prospect via cold outreach, virtual demos, and onsite visits to engage rehabilitation professionals and hospital executives.

Deliver compelling product education sessions for multidisciplinary clinical teams and administrative stakeholders.

Qualify, forecast, and shepherd opportunities through evaluation, capital budgeting, and contracting phases.

Conduct site assessments to confirm installation requirements and coordinate complex, multi-department implementations.

Grow existing accounts through relationship expansion, clinical training, and add-on sales.

Partner with senior leadership to refine territory strategy and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecast data within Salesforce and communicate progress to leadership.

Represent the company at regional and national industry conferences; travel up to 50 percent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

3+ years of high-ticket B2B sales success, ideally capital equipment into hospitals, rehab facilities, or allied healthcare settings.

Proven history of exceeding quota across multi-state territories.

Confident communicator able to tailor technical presentations to clinical and financial decision makers.

Self-directed organizer skilled in territory planning, remote work, and time management.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the Western US.
