We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, high-energy salesperson who wants to build a career in B2B/wholesale sales. You’ll start by working directly, 1-on-1 with the founder and acting as his right hand in sales. That means: Helping schedule appointments for upcoming trade shows Following up with accounts (including some outside your eventual territory) Assisting with all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing and reorder support As you learn the line, the customers, and the process, you’ll transition within your first year into owning an established territory with active accounts that you are responsible for growing. This is a great fit if you: Have a high motor and love fashion/apparel Want real responsibility and a path to owning a book of business Are excited to learn directly from the founder and be involved in all sales activity Like the idea of mixing inside sales (scheduling, follow-up) with travel, trade shows, and field work What You’ll Do

Work directly with the founder as his sales partner: Follow up with accounts across multiple territories as needed (not just your future territory) Make check-in calls, send line sheets, confirm orders, and support reorders Track conversations and tasks so nothing falls through the cracks Scheduling & coordination Schedule appointments for trade shows with new and existing accounts Help manage his calendar and call lists before and after shows Trade show and field training Travel to key trade shows in Minnesota, Texas, Chicago, and potentially Las Vegas Help with set-up, booth coverage, writing orders, and capturing leads Shadow the founder on key account visits to see how he sells in the field You’ll be involved in all sales functions, not just the ones tied to your future territory. Own & Grow a Territory (When ready, ideally within year 1 and beyond)

As you ramp up, you’ll gradually take over a defined, established territory: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts in that territory Plan regular outreach and visits to help accounts plan buys and reorders Prospect and open new customers within your territory through research, outreach, and travel Continue to support trade shows You’ll still help with company-wide follow-up or special projects outside your territory, but with the added responsibility of owning and growing your book of business. Trade Shows & Travel

Help plan and prep for trade shows Work the booth: greet buyers, present the line, write orders, and collect lead info Own or assist with trade show follow-up, including: Calling and emailing leads Scheduling post-show appointments Tracking what converts to orders Account Management & Reporting

Keep CRM/spreadsheets and notes up-to-date on accounts, leads, and territory activity Track performance against goals for both overall company sales support and your territory Qualifications

We’re looking first and foremost for someone with the right engine, mindset, and people skills. You’ll likely recognize yourself in a lot of this: High-energy and competitive — you like to stay busy and you like to win Ambitious — you want a path to more responsibility, more earnings, and more impact Coachable — you’re confident, but you’re also eager to learn directly from someone who’s been doing this successfully for years Relationship-focused — you genuinely enjoy talking to people and building long-term connections. You need to be a people person and enjoy meeting and building relationships with others. Organized — you can juggle scheduling, follow-ups, show prep, and territory work without losing track Comfortable with travel (trade shows and periodic road trips to see accounts) Experience in apparel or wholesale sales is a plus, but not required if you bring the drive, hunger, and people skills. What We Offer

Base salary plus uncapped commission as your territory grows Clear Year 1 path: Start by learning and supporting all sales functions and transition into owning an established territory you can grow Direct, 1-on-1 mentorship from the founder/CEO The chance to be involved in every part of the sales process Travel to national trade shows and key accounts A small, entrepreneurial team where your work is visible and your results matter How to Apply

If this sounds like you, send: Your resume A short note on why this role fits your personality and goals Any wins you’re proud of — sales numbers, accounts opened, teams led, or goals you’ve crushed
