Your role We are looking for a curious and insightful Marketing Data Analyst to join our expanding Commercial Data Science team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we understand our customers and optimize our marketing efforts across marketing channels and countries.

In this role, you won’t just report numbers, you will be a strategic partner. You will connect the dots between acquisition and retention, using data to uncover narratives that drive efficiency and growth. Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Influencer teams to align data insights with our acquisition and retention goals

Analyze complex datasets from ad platforms, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, web analytics (GA4), and internal order systems to refine targeting and budget allocation across channels and countries

Leverage dbt and BigQuery to ensure our marketing data models are robust, reliable, and ready for decision-making

Build intuitive dashboards with Tableau that provide stakeholders with clear and actionable insights

Design and analyze A/B tests and geo-lift studies and focus relentlessly on incremental lift, helping stakeholders understand what revenue we wouldn't have generated without a specific marketing touchpoint

Utilize, co-develop and validate our in-house Media Mix Models (MMM) to assess the holistic impact of our marketing spend and implement advanced analytical methods to optimize our marketing

Your profile

3+ years in data analytics with a focus on commercial or marketing topics

Strong SQL skills are essential - you are self-sufficient in querying and manipulating large datasets within cloud environments like BigQuery to answer complex business questions

You design intuitive dashboards and reports that guide the user and present data in a way that allows stakeholders to effortlessly draw the right conclusions and make informed decisions

You have a solid understanding of the D2C marketing mix, incl. Performance, CRM, and Influencer and the KPIs that drive them, such as CAC, CLV, MER, retention rates

You are proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments and are able to navigate shifting priorities and manage multiple projects with a solution-oriented mindset

You excel at translating complex data into clear business insights and feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders to refine ideas and strategies
