We are hiring a Senior Corporate Paralegal to support a global law firm with a strong focus on transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. This role will handle a variety of responsibilities that are integral to our operations and will work closely with lead attorneys to ensure smooth case management.

Salary:

$150,000 – $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation, filing, and management of corporate legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and legal memos.

Conduct thorough statistical and documentary research.

Source and verify important case intelligence.

Produce and file legal documents such as appeals, motions, or petitions.

Attend trials and type minutes.

Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.

Support attorneys in a legal office, managing case files, drafting reports, preparing for trials, and assisting with case management.

Liaise with clients and opposing counsel, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.

Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a paralegal, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.

Strong experience in legal research, legal writing, case management, and litigation support.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.

Full comprehension of the influencing factors of the external environment of a corporation.

Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.

High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.

Excellent judgement and analytical skills.

First class interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Paralegal certification or law degree preferred.

Proficiency in English.
