Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs
Accurately look up and quote parts (VIN usage when possible)
Answer phones professionally and assist walk-in customers
Stock, receive, and organize inventory
Process special orders and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate clearly with the service and sales teams
Deliver fast, accurate service in a high-volume environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
