Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
Explain service options and estimates clearly
Schedule service appointments and manage customer flow
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
Upsell additional services when appropriate
Maintain accurate service records
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Bilingual skills are a plus
