MEDDIC methodologies/liliCollaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Wayflyer, working closely with our underwriting team, with a focus on speed and quality/liliAct as a co-founder to our customers, ensuring negotiations are valuable for both parties/liliMeet and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast paced, high volume sales environment/liliYoull be joining a high performing team, with top performers achieving 200-300% of their target!/li/ulpWhat makes you a great fit/pulli3+ years experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive, with a strong emphasis on outbound-led pipeline generation/liliProven experience running sales cycles of varying complexity, from shorter transactional cycles to longer, multi-stakeholder deals/liliStrong grasp of commercial and financial concepts, with the ability to quickly understand and explain lending structures (e.g. cash flow, working capital, debt vs non-dilutive capital)/liliA consistent track record of exceeding targets, including success against ambitious growth goals/liliExperience operating in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment, where processes are evolving and ownership is expected/liliA demonstrable history of being a strong team player, contributing beyond individual quota (deal support, knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration)/liliGenuine interest in eCommerce and growth-stage businesses, with a passion for helping founders and finance leaders scale sustainably/liliFamiliarity with MEDDICC (or similar enterprise qualification frameworks) and a structured approach to deal qualification/li/ulpWhat to expect after you apply/ppYou can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon.
