Be well./ppThe packaging associate is responsible for packaging and labeling manufactured products according to work standards and specifications./ppThis position involves working with plant material, which may include exposure to pollen, allergens, and other plant-related substances. Other duties may be assigned:/pulliPackage and label products manufactured according to work standards and specifications/liliSet up the work cell according to the standard work layout and placement/liliPerform 5S assignments to maintain a safe and clean workplace/liliAdhere to and accurately complete/review production-related documents/liliRestock inventory of production materials necessary to achieve daily production goals/liliCount inventory as assigned to maintain inventory accuracy of raw materials, Work in Process, and Finished goods/liliReconciling labels and batch review throughout the shift/liliMaintain proper labeling, usage, and storage of chemical supplies/liliUse equipment and instruments in a safe manner according to standard operating procedures/liliPerform equipment preventative maintenance tasks as assigned and outlined in SOPs/liliPerform scale verification checks according to methods and frequency outlined in product specifications and SOPs./liliMaintaining accurate and reliable record keeping, including hour-by-hour boards, batch records, inventory counting sheets, 5S sheets, data charts, and all other pertinent information as assigned/liliEnd of shift cleanup: Including, but not limited to, mopping floors, wiping tables, cleaning utensils and other dishes, and taking out trash./liliPerform label reconciliation accurately/liliWork on special projects as assigned. Contribute to cross-functional brainstorming/liliEscalate any problems to the Group Leader and/or the Production Manager./liliMaintain a positive and supportive work culture, with a focus on efficiency and productivity./liliFollow GMP standards and personal hygiene/liliAble to work overtime as required/liliComply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure/li/ulpTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
