Scheduling, Problem Solving, Deep Cleaning, Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, and Health Checks)./liliIntegrate digital solutions and platforms into the operating model to eliminate non-value added activity and advance problem solving initiatives./liliEnsure alignment and adherence to current standards, while methodically improving the standards based on best practices across the industry./li/ulpBuild Capability/pulliCoach and provide feedback to the sites leadership and hourly teams to advance from compliance to effective execution of the core Winland Excellence Systems./liliCoordinate, facilitate, and support trainings to improve technical capability and problem solving proficiency across the site./li/ulpDeliver Cost Savings/pulliOversee the Cost Savings Initiatives (CSIs) of the site
building a robust pipeline to attack the top losses, and facilitate, coach, and drive initiatives that can be tracked to the bottom line/li/ulpDesign and implement KPI reporting/pulliLead program reporting activities (KPI tracking, goal setting, impact valuation)./liliPlan and deliver update meetings with senior management to review pain points and develop solutions./liliEngage with teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity./li/ulpQualifications and Requirements:/pulliBachelors Degree
