Under the direction of a lead servicer, this position consistently provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliSupports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs./liliSet up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC/liliAttach, organize, and name documents in EPIC/liliLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests, etc./liliEndorse policy in EPIC/liliCreate activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member. Other Responsibilities, as applicable:/liliOrder loss runs from carriers/liliGenerate and send proofs to holder, if requested (from EPIC or CSR24)/liliCheck policy per policy check workflow and complete checklist/liliCheck endorsement against request/liliDocument maintenance/retrieval/li/ulpQualifications/pulliWork Experience/lili0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty/liliLicensed or obtaining state Property
Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame/liliKnowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting/liliAble to learn coverage fundamentals./liliDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems./liliSeeks to obtain industry information, new product information, coverage, and technology to continuously improve knowledge performance./liliStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills./liliAble to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or process to derive a solution./liliSets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effective, timely, and efficient service delivery./liliWorks to achieve stated objectives and delivers results at the close direction of a senior team member./liliHS Diploma or equivalent/li/ulpCompensation/ppThis is a New York based position with a competitive benefits package. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000, with bonus eligibility.
