Under the direction of a lead servicer, this position consistently provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3ulliSupports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs./liliSet up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC/liliAttach, organize, and name documents in EPIC/liliLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests, etc./liliEndorse policy in EPIC/liliCreate activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member./li/ulh3Other Responsibilities, as applicable:/h3ulliOrder loss runs from carriers/liliGenerate and send proofs to holder, if requested (from EPIC or CSR24)/liliCheck policy per policy check workflow and complete checklist/liliCheck endorsement against request/liliDocument maintenance/retrieval/li/ulh3Position Specific Skills/Qualifications/h3h4Work Experience/h4ulli0-2 years experience in Commercial Property and Casualty/li/ulh4Professional Licenses/Certifications/h4pLicensed or obtaining state Property

Casualty insurance license within a specified time frame/ph4Essential Skills/Competencies/h4ulliKnowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting/liliAble to learn coverage fundamentals./liliDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Working Conditions/h4pOffice work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. This position is located in New York State. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $59,000-$60,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
