And we need people who understand the difference./ph3About This Role/h3pAs a Spa Coordinator/Key Holder, youre the first and last impression of our spa. You open and close the building, welcome guests into our world, help them choose the right services, and ensure they leave already thinking about their next visit. When something goes sideways, you handle it. When the team needs direction, you provide it./ppThis is a leadership position. Youll mentor newer team members, make decisions when managers arent on-site, and take ownership of the guest experience from parking lot to checkout./ph3What Youll Actually Do/h3olliOpen and close the spa, ensuring everything is perfect for guests and the next shift/liliWelcome guests warmly and guide them through our signature experience (robes, sandals, relaxation room, tea)/liliBook appointments, recommend services, and help guests find exactly what they need/liliSuggest enhancements and retail products that genuinely improve the guest experience/liliHandle guest concerns and complaints with grace, turning problems into loyalty/liliSupport and guide newer front desk team members during your shifts/liliKeep the front of house running smoothly when management isnt on-site/li/olh3Compensation
