inside/outside, prior to loading finished rolls of paper/liliPlaces jack stands and chocks in appropriate positions on parked trailers/liliSweeps out railcars and trailers thoroughly/liliMakes sure packing material (dunnage) is available to keep rolls of paper in position while traveling/liliMakes sure finished paper rolls have correct placement and tightness of shipping bands to secure roll for traveling/liliReviews customs and shipping paperwork/liliOutbound scaling / controlling dock activity (live loads, drop loads)/liliCommunicates with spotters at beginning of each shift on what trailers are needed/liliBack-up scale admin for each shift/liliCorrects hold tags and reassigns rolls/liliAssists with physical inventory/liliSecures railcar and trailer loads/liliEnters drop loads into CMS/liliHelps with the paper machines during unplanned downtime/liliStarch unloading/liliUtilizes various computer programs/liliConducts proper shift relief/li/ulpWhat you need to succeed:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent and previous work experience./liliAbility to successfully train and advance in the pay-for-skills environment./liliSafety and quality-conscious work habits./liliAbove average written and verbal communication skills./liliEffective interpersonal and team skills./liliMust be computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft products and email./liliAbility to climb stairs, lift 40 pounds unaided, read, respond to Mill signs
