This high-impact role is responsible for driving sustained move-in growth across assigned Westminster Communities, helping us fulfill our mission of serving older adults with excellence./ppIf you are a strategic, mission-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and loves seeing your efforts directly influence occupancy and revenue success, this is the role for you!/ppWhat Youll Do/pulliWork onsite with Executive Directors and community sales teams to achieve targeted move-in results./liliConduct high-quality daily phone and in-person sales activities that convert leads into move-ins, while maintaining rate integrity./liliParticipate in daily stand-ups, community events, and provide up-to-date product knowledge to teams./liliPartner with the Regional Sales Director to design and execute strategic plans that meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals./liliManage CRM and sales technology platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and periodic database cleanup./liliCoach, motivate, and inspire community sales teams to consistently meet weekly and monthly sales expectations./liliMaintain strong market awareness by monitoring competition and identifying opportunities for growth./liliProvide accurate weekly move-in forecasts and communicate incoming resident needs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction./liliCollaborate on quarterly Marketing Action Plans and ensure alignment with Westminsters strategic marketing initiatives./liliSupport marketing and lead-generation efforts in partnership with the Director of Marketing and Creative Team./liliReview and approve community marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and quality./liliDeliver ongoing training and coaching for sales team members, including mystery shopping and skills evaluation./liliProvide hands-on support for sales activities as needed./liliTravel extensively (up to 100%), with a flexible schedule and the ability to support various communities with short-notice assignments./li/ulpWhat Were Looking For/pulliBachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) in a business-related field required/lili35 years of sales management experience required/liliExperience in a CCRC or senior living setting strongly preferred/liliRegional/multi-site experience strongly preferred/liliExceptional verbal and written communication skills/liliA mission-driven approach and passion for helping older adults and the communities that serve them/li/ulpEOE, DFWP
