Supports associates and customers through transparent communication, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to operational excellence./ppstrongMajor Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities/strong/pulliProcesses orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and counter, ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery./liliManages basic pricing within established guidelines to maintain margin goals./liliCoordinates non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs./liliHandles payments securely, including credit card, check, and cash transactions./liliIdentifies stock products and recommends comparable alternatives to support customer requirements./liliOversees service commitments and escalated customer issues with relentless follow-up./liliMaintains accurate records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities./liliProvides advanced guidance on pricing strategies within established frameworks./liliMentors associates on best practices and operational processes./li/ulpstrongNature and Scope/strong/pulliMay modify processes to resolve situations./liliUnder limited supervision, relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine the best approach to achieve desired outcomes. Course of action is often determined by interpreting procedures and policies. Work typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor or direct customers of the process./liliIs sought out and/or assigned to provide general guidance/direction, training, and technical assistance to junior level support personnel. Contributes to employees professional development but does not have hiring/firing authority./li/ulpstrongWork Environment/strong/pulliLocated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable./liliMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles./liliTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time./li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience/strong/pulliTechnical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.
