If youre ready to grow your career with a brand that values initiative, creativity, and resultsthis is the role for you./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3pMarket Waterworks brand and products to your assigned Waterworks client list, and client leads provided by the company. Generally, all marketing is the to the trade./ppMeet or exceed assigned marketing, quote, order and sales goals/ppCultivate and expand relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs and presenting compelling solutions./ppActively pursue new clients through social media, networking, territory outreach, and leveraging existing contacts/ppDevelop and execute a marketing plan that generates leads, project quotes, and sales./ppMeet with clients in their offices, virtually or in-showroom to confidently pitch Waterworks products to secure orders/ppManage all phases of client projects including initial meetings, product specification and selection, providing quote and pricing, following up to close sale and take payment/ppProvide monthly/weekly updates to your manager: pipeline and project status, marketing activities using CRM/ppProvide a superior client experience to enhance long-term relationships, brand loyalty, and increase market share/ppActively participate in industry and showroom events; i.e. networking events, CEU presentations, lunch and learns, etc./ppOther projects and activities as needed to drive sales and/or grow market share/ph3Requirements/h3p3+ years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the high-end, luxury brand environment/ppProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals/ppSuccess with developing new business/ppExceptional communications skills, both verbal and written/ppDigitally savvy/ppAbility to listen and translate clients needs into sales/ppStrong persuasion, negotiation skills and the ability to influence others; close sales transactions/deals/ppSelf -motivated and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously/ppProficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM and other sales tracking tools/ppPlumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred/ppAbility to market outside of the showroom up to 50% of week/pp$55,000 - $63,000 a year/ppCompensation for this role is base salary plus a generous commission plan.
