Customer Service/ppAs a Representative

Customer Service, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will handle routine and occasionally complex inquiries, communicate solutions or requested information to customers, and act as a liaison between departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution. In this role, you will obtain and verify customer orders, prepare and follow up on verbal or written quotations, and research, analyze, and source non-stocked materials as needed. You will also review open customer order reports, take proactive action on at-risk items to meet delivery commitments, and maintain backorder and expediting reports while ensuring timely customer notifications./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints./liliResearch and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary./liliBack-up support to sales department as needed./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Degree or Equivalent required/liliAssociates Degree (U.S.) preferred/lili2-4 years of relevant experience/liliSolid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment/liliAble to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing/liliAble to work well under pressure/liliStrong attention to detail/liliAble to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times/liliComputer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail/li/ulpCompensation Details: $20.21 - $25.26 Per Hour/p/div
